No, this is a delivery service only
Can I change my order after I have placed it?
Should you ever wish to change your order, we ask that you give us 1 working days’ notice.
For example, you may wish to pause the order on a certain day because your office has a training day.
We do not have a fixed contract, should you ever wish to stop your orders altogether, we only ask that you continue your orders until the end of the month and inform us of your decision.
Crate service only: The Crates are the property of Fruit Delivered. We will rotate the Crates each time we deliver. If a Crate is to go missing, there is a replacement fee of £10.00. We regularly monitor the crates received from each customer to ensure they are being accounted for.
A One-off purchase of The SOHO, will be delivered in a plastic bowl.
Re-occurring purchase of The SOHO, will be delivered in a stainless bowl.
A One-off purchase of The Classic, will be delivered in a basket
Re-occurring purchase of The Classic, will be delivered in a Wooden Crate
A One-off purchase of The Premium, will be delivered in a basket

We do not deliver Bank Holidays or during the Christmas period, from Christmas Eve to the second week of January
We reserve the right to increase the price per fruit Crate/ Bowl, this will only occur when there is an increase in the fruit/ fuel costs. No changes will be done without informing you in advance.
As part of the monthly invoicing cycle, we invoice monthly in advance, at the beginning of each month. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Our invoices are sent out by email in PDF format to minimise paper print-outs.
